A very big, big girl! Named after a hippopotamus born in the Cincinnati Zoo, Ohio because her ears resembled those of the Shrek character. One of the most outstanding introductions from Strictly Daylilies.
Diploid (Dyason 2023). Scape height 38 inches (97 cm). Bloom diameter 10 1/2 - 11 inches (26 cm). Mid bloom season with rebloom. Cascading-Crispate form.
